That sounds fishy b/c why would the executives of a company have to hire stock promoters for their stock?!?! If you have a good product/service, you let that do the talking and your share price will follow. If you don't have squat and/or you are using this shell as a money printing operation, you get people to promote it while you sell stock in the open market.
