Carp, I think I read before that if you buy stock and the broker places the order, then he is liable even if the shares are air shares. But what if we buy the stock online ourselves. Are the brokers still liable to cover or to make sure whoever shorted covers?
LMAO....OK I had to go to 5 different brokers after the issuer refused to accept them before my certs (another stock) were accepted, and it was a real filing company...Its not always straight forward....There are rules they work with and they change whenever they feel..You think with todays climate and penny certs will be easier, especially when the "TA gives out the wrong info"???
once you have certs there is no law that states a broker has to accept them....
