I have spoken with what I consider to be an insider much less than six months ago. Actually I have spoken with him several times, and the word is always the same, AURC is working to get proper financing. No news will come forth until it is a done deal due to lessons learned from past experiences.
Sure we should have heard more than we have, but pinks are like this, our option is to sell, I prefer to wait and see. I can afford the loss and see no reason to sell now. If I wasn't sending two sons through Collage I would buy at these prices. Throwing money away? Maybe, but we can't be buried with it.
