Just a sick joke... One theory about 6 months ago was that ARCA was picking up shares for an upcoming "run" ... The only running here is TS from common shareholders...IMO ... The guy knows less about "management" than my 7-yr old grandson... He DOES know that "significant dilution will end shortly" ... He said THAT 6 months ago, as he was signing up for toxic debt which he knew would increase dilution... Hope The SEC finds what they are looking for and needs to set another "example" for guys like him ... I'll settle for 30% of his "preferreds" paying off Cornell debt ... And cancellation of his lawsuit against his KK buddy since we'll pay more than he'll collect ... imo... Who pays the "legal fees" ? ...Speaking of "LEGAL" , Commons being "locked out" from trading for 15 days while he and/or his buddies dumped doesn't seem legal to me... GL... How many more weeks for the new Aquisition to be "locked" up... That was PR'd 6/08 ... And RE-PR'd as he was giving out another BILLION shares!!!
