to offer the 'pros' a bushwackin' discount. Offer up a non-compliant, and I-Hub waves the IRP fee for a month. I'm certain you would probably know a few people in your circles that are 'IRPs', much more so than any of the admins or best-guessers/witch hunt enthusiasts.
