There could always be other reasons AND people selling shares. Investors with restricted stock being converted, warrants being exercised, options being exercised, etc. So it's never always the CEO diluting shares in any company. So never assume anything on shares being issued until you see the SEC filings. Remember what assume means.. ass-u-me.
