It's all about YA voting the 'as converted' Series C shares (common shares) based on the par value in the corporate charter...the current par value MUST BE maintained at .01 and NOT reduced to .001 because otherwise IMO it's curtains for sure for our percentage holdings. Approving a decrease in par value allows YA to increase its voting control, and convert even more common shares than before and the pps will be driven even lower than today through relentless, continuing YA dilution...right YA?
