Poor Billy....LOL...Maybe Joan should have pawned some of her jewelery and wardrobe to pay the mortgage. Hey, whatever happened to all the money Billy supposedly had? JV used to brag about his dad's high paying job and what he left to come work for JV and his brilliant business plan...Guess those were all lies too...Look how many lives JV has destroyed...Maybe he'll take his own next...IMO

beemer wouldn't read to much into this... lots of folks are letting one of their no/low equity homes go this route sans commission as values have dropped to historic lows precluding traditional for profit ways of selling... no big loss or deal really (actually a tax savings)... just a distraction... BV & JV's attention is where it needs to be... pizza! imo God Bless America

Bill Vowlers house will be sold at Sheriff's sale on January 5,2009 at 9:00am

Anyone who wants to try to seize any assets better move fast. I'm sure the very expensive contents of the Vowler palace have already been moved to Clay Morrow's storage barn like everything else. Looks like he is the keeper of everything UPZS at this point. Records, assets, agreements, stock certificates, etc. Hope the people investigating these guys know to start here.....
