looks like the DTCC will have competition with the Nasdaq for clearing services, this article you reference is just the DTCC trying to get bigger, can't wait for the Nasdaq to get started in January, about time the DTCC has a transparent competitor, better companies will list with the Nas clearing outfit on the transparency issue alone, imo~
