People like you have been saying those things for years concerning ERHC. Not when, but if. Not when, but if ERHC gets awards. Not when, but if ERHC gets partners. Not when but if ERHC gets PSC's. Not when, but if ERHC gets cash.

Here is more total speculation. "They" couldn't get rid of our percentatges through the world court or our regulatory and enforement agencies so now there is a conspiracy to let the deadlines pass to abrogate the contracts and our percentages.

Addax and Sinopec picks up the peices for a song and begin drilling immediately (its only delaying things less then a year anyways for them).

Just a random thought frought with countless holes I'm sure.
