i love all your work, because i have made it long time ago

when the Becker/Hunte band put us in CH11 in 2003,

Now i have read again yesterday night and some this morning,

and i have clear the situation that is changed in these years,

we have now a great opportunity, just wait for the big big

money to come to us, i have just a fear, that someone with

Morrison compliance, try to cook books, and try to give us

fog in the eye and a little gift so we are happy!

Who is in line for us Shareholders? this is my only fear!!

Is it true that the preferred sharholders would have to be 'made whole' before the common shareholders get anything? It sounds like it.. in other words they did not relinquish any claims on the full par amount, plus possibly accrued dividends, in return for the $10.50 payment.
