Good question IMO, It is ones interpretation to themselves what makes something a SCAM when they voice their OPINION. Now if the SCAM had FACTS to prove to others and make it a FACTUAL CLAIM, I would strongly suggest that they do have verifiable information at hand to defend their statement of FACTS. As for an OPINION? The old saying is everyone has one. Even a lawyer! But let me once again provide this statement, IMO BLDV is a SCAM company. Now I await the repercussions for that statement!
