Windsock -

Going by past history, AMD would claim they aren't using any of Intel's patents and even if they were, they're covered by the cross licensing agreement. It would then be Intel's burden to prove that #1 AMD is using Intel's patents, and #2 the cross license agreement is void because of AMD's violation of the terms. It takes me back to the 287 days...
