I think there is no comparison refering the management of both companies. Commerce Resources acted very very slow in handling the whole stuff from 2002 until now, 2008. They are still not producing after 6 years..And a second point is, they do not have the same quantity of minerals in the ground SRSR does have. And there is no REE/uranium mentioned anyhwere imo..

I really do believe that SRSR will not need 6 years and longer to produce, not even if they would go ahead without JV, what I don't see happen as a JV would be better for the longterm.
