Bankruptcy ... you can't backrupt nothing only something. This is a shell designed strip money from investors. They have virtually no assets and no sales just investor monies with a bogus cost stream. Read all the balance sheets and P&Ls from the previous company. The use RS shares as assets to offset liabilities on their balance sheets. It's all transparent. That is exactly what will repeat here with NUBV ( non operating entity).
