Where ya seeing that? I'm showing it ticked up, but only to $3.20 now at $2.90 ?

I think the chat was about the # of ACLE per 1000 PGPM shares... although the numbers were off even from what PGPM already holds, even given full dilution, which gets you 6.25 before accounting for the debenture or the Lariat note.
