All I can say is that there is a slowdown at the businesses, most of them, that I stop at to sell food.

Sure was a surprise that no Kruggerand's were available and all one could buy of Silver Eagles was 20 units, last Friday when I stopped to check on the precious metals coin situation.

I tend to agree that many are prognosticating, but not one person or analyst has convinced me they really know what is going to happen next.

msn.com today had an article about how the survivalists are thriving, at least those who provide them what they think they'll need if a temporary breakdown occurred.
