Pre - That is the way my police officer friend feels too. He has his issue 23, and another 23 he carrys off duty. He claims they have been the most trouble free, reliable and durable pistols his department has ever issued over the past 16 years - and he has carried them all. He puts, as he estimated it, probably 6000 - 8000 rounds a year through his, and has carried the same one since receiving it (some four years ago, I think he said).

His only beef is the way the trigger has to be pulled to disassemble it. That, he says, has caused all three ADs they have had in his entire department over the past four years.

It is light, compact but large enough to adequately fill teh hand, and the .40 caliber round is sufficient stopping power for just about any application.

I wanted so badly to get to the range today and try mine out. Last minute "crapola" though kept me from it. Gotta go next week, for SURE!
