I sent yet another email to the exchange trying to find out when I would be able to receive funds from the sale of my PDR's. However, this time I sent it along to the address given out in the report about the failings of the Exchange. Since NO ONE has ever returned my email, I was expecting no response. Yet, this time I received an automated message stating that I should read the blogs for an explanation as to when we may receive funds. That being said, this is clearly a scam and no one is ever getting anything from these crooks. I would strongly suggest that any parties with correspondence with anyone from PNMS, including Good ole' Theresa, send it along to the Texas SEC. I have been in contact with them, as have others.

What you have is worthless paper that you can not even give it away. I pray that you threw away only a small amount of money on this.
