Well the transfer agent can answer that and for the 8-k sec filling it shows as 5 days from change of structure so it can be anytime between now and next tuesday. as of the 10-k it has to be filled up to 90 days after close of quarter. So that can be any time till end of DEC but they can't wait that long the stock will kill itself defying what they have planed.

So Masc, can you help shed some light on why today was supposed to be the big day - and our situation has only gotten worse?
