Why I believe this could be the buyer. If you notice
the reuters pr said that Legends would be focusing on new concepts in sports concessions. If you review the Legends website (Headquarters in North Carolina) also NO sports accounts just municipalities and hospital concessions.
So, Head of CIC is moving per reuters PR from Dallas to Newark New Jersey to a new headquarters for Legends focusing on new concepts for sports concessions, of which Legends has
no expertise or accounts established. Hey CARP take it from here.
