A dumping of some sort, but my suspicion is it was orchestrated to create panic/fear/doubt.

It's really quite simple to deduct manipulation, especially when T/S even verifies it.

Shorts are trying to create panic/fear, using volume 'selling' at low prices.

Quite easy to do, if say, HDSN calls NITE to sell 100K at .32 if HDSN agrees to sell same 100K back to NITE at same price, 3-4 days later. No money lost. Panic/fear created.
