No surprise there, fly. Beebs has been pocketing the lease money and not paying the mortgage holder. He should immediately stop paying the Beebs and put the lease payment in an escrow account, with cc's of the action to the beebs and the mortgage holder. If he gets lucky, he could buy the property at fifty cents on the dollar.

Forclosures are now taking 9 months to a year.
