Sage: Just my opinion. Even though the location is a heavy industry they will have a problem granting a permit for anything over 3stories. All other businesses in the area will want the same deal LLEG gets. This will cause lawsuits again this is just my opinion. I hope we do hear good news in 3 months.

I do not know anybody in the know for any of LLEGs deals and I am no way an authority on legal issues. My opinion should not be taken for any truth.
