Yes I agree, the $475K Net Cash to Hemi announced in todays PR for those non-core Wyoming leases was a very nice surprise to many of us, but I do believe that the underlying message to this deal is that KA, Craig and John have the best interest in hand for Hemi and the Hemi shareholders.
And even though it may take some time to turn a deal, once the deal is done it will be in the best terms that the Hemi management will accept and complete.
Just think if these silent Wyoming leases went for $475k Net Cash, what is the value of those Bakken leases??? Those New Mexico leases or for that matter those Tarrent County or Sabine County (TX) leases?
