So, basically, Toyota is trying to base its' most recent defense on a conflict of interest platform, with regard to divulging certain information potentially important to said suit, with Emadi as the scapegoat, yet apparently, knowledgeable badguy. Thanks for all the links, info, etc. regarding solm, btw. Much appreciated.

In your opinion, could you take me through the most likely progression of this case(with timelines)and what yoy think is the most likely outcome? fivestar, thanks for providing the information about our ongoing case with Toyota. That was a very informative and interesting read.

I think our chances look pretty good. Hopefully more eyes will be on us in the near future. This is a solid company irregardless of the lawsuit potential. I see this case against Toyota as icing on the cake.
