That Pedro's puking of the .05/share offer denial, a few months ago was the key.

THEY HAVE NOTHING!

THEY PROPOSE TO HAVE NOTHING ('cept GOLD, $$$$$, and a "Tomorrow, Tomorrow" dream - backed with flatulence, pukage, ignorance, thievery, and lack of 'shareholder value' in mind).

I am in the know, when Pedro lost out on a 20+++ MILLION DOLLAR confirmed Brazilian land/housing/commercial deal, because he was too STUPID to answer his emails.!!!!!!

PNMS, Panamersa, in all it's "configurations," is a total DEFUNCT entuty!!!
