MP has gone and hired him a better class of Hustlers. Whether that will do anything for him and CDEX other than just eat up the PIPE, remains to be seen.
Unlike TB, who mostly used his boiler-room and posting on RB
to hustle ELF and VAAMP, the new ones are using dot com
sites, which lead back to the refurbished CDEX web site.
First and foremost, they gotta be able to manufacture to whatever demand they get. I doubt that the PIPE, only a million, will cover as much as they would need if there is a largish demand. IF...is the operative word.
Apparently, the demand amongst law enforcement is as scanty as I once "predicted".
So now they are hustling the publick.
