It means something positive happens and you and others find negatives in it. Maybe a Billion $ ezample is a bit extreme but it's the same idea.

We are all a little frustrated and would like everything to happen today. It is coming together daily.

Let me repeat myself. The company does not have 100% ownership of all its patents, only 11 of them. And there is confusion with respect to future patents, despite what Arnold may tell you with his keen insight.
