I know... I'm just saying even "if" they maxed out the A/S in the last year then we still have a market cap less than the value of ENHD shares.

Actually one thing to keep in mind.....SIVC is a California Corp
California corporations can raise and lower the A/S by simply filing some paperwork. SIVC already raised and lowered the A/S numerous times back in 2006-2007. People need to be prepared for A/S to possibly be higher than 500 million.

California has a suck job Secretary of State and we can't see what A/S is right now have to wait for S1 to hit.
