I think it's because when the old company was in charge they wouldn't say anything because they were in the process of responding to the SEc through legal counsel. Lawyers don't want you talking until things are resolved. Now the company has transitioned to a new group. They don't even have a lawyer yet and once they get one they won't be talking about too many details there either imo.
They did respond to the sec. They responded by running away and setting the stage for a reverse merger offshores to play around with a new shell fake out.
