If there is pending litigation against a CEO based on things that occured within the company that has been released by the FBI and DOJ shouldnt this be required in the IBOX ?

"required"? Nothing is "required" to be in the iBox. It probably SHOULD be in the iBox but there is no obligation for the MODs to put it or anything for that matter in the iBox.

If not I would like to create a sister board for this company in order to adress the pending criminal case against the CEO and her husband.
