if they are in the final stages of a long funding quest, silence is there only option.can you imagine in todays envirorment what it would do to the deal if positive shareholders started calling the lender asking when it would be done..not to mention what the negitive posters would do saying they would be crazy to lend...no i think pvd learned a lesson from the amount of phone calls thrush began getting from this board...i know its hard to still have faith but it takes longer to say yes to a loan than no...
