Dear Mr. Pinedo,

I have been a PGPM shareholder for 2 & 1/2 years and I
presently hold 5 Million shares of PGPM.

I thought that the 10K Filing for ACLE was supposed to be a
20 day window, which would have completed it yesterday,
October, 13, 2008.

I am waiting for a PR relating to this with the
PGPM Share Dividend / Buyback Ratio to follow.

Did it not clear yet?

When will these long awaited PRs be released
as well as any information on a new
Gustavson report on the Barnett Shale holdings?

Still this week?

Next week?

End of Q4?

I know we have been in quiet time since August 1,
but it is now October 14.
