It appears from the DD I am currently undertaken that the company is having financial trouble. They seem to be attempting to raise funds by selling more stocks, Which is all well and good IMO and that’s why these companies come to the open market to raise capital to start a business, My problem right now is the company appears to have undertaken some vast expansions that the capital they did have is being drained. I will say I have found nothing YET that shows they are miss-leading anyone but I am continuing my research. So far from the outside it looks like maybe just a little miss management and maybe some oversights on the expansions. Please only take this as my opinion, and understand I am a novice to some on these matters. So please govern yourself accordingly. GLTY! Jean
