Key word here is EXPECTED. Just because they EXPECT something to happen doesn't mean it will happen.

It says"Clinical Trials results are EXPECTED to be released in late 3rd quarter". It does not say WILL,ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY, GUARANTEED,ETC.
Mr. Baily has no control of the exact dates and can not be said to have LIED about anything. JMHO

You are 100% about the Clinical Trial results being completed by the end of the 3rd quarter. September 30th was the end of the 3rd quarted. The results then have to be reviewed and written up.
Wayne was in PA last week reviewing the results. Call him and ask if he will comment!!!!!!!
