Agreed. And I am saying I am happy about the authorized increase, but what I find perplexing is why increase it to dilute, if that is the intention, if the CURRENT authorized is not even close to being maxxed out...? So either the T/A is lying about the O/S count....OR the authorized was raised for a reason other than dilution.
