This last JV is just another unrecognized building block.

GO WEEDIE.....One foot in front of the other.....before tech runs out of patience, and HQ runs out of shares.

10Z.......in the respect of pps, I would look forward to each and any of the following, and in no particular order.....

1)Another FASC deal with prominent name, i.e. HAL

2)US DOE Phase II grant

3)Quarterly report with earnings from revenues

4)New sales of KDS

5)AGES sale

When you start to couple new KDS or AGES sales with these JV's/later ongoing revenue streams, you will really start to get the notice of the market.

Again, see the HDWR example, IMHO.

Could couldn't expect FASC to move on the latest news. There were no numbers, no specifics, and even us longs know it would be years before FASC recognized any revenues, if ever.

Only hard numbers are going to move this stock, that combined with the dilution that occurs on the heels of every PR announcment being reduced to the extent where the pps can sustain an increase.

My guess is it will not just take an announcement of news, it will take a signed deal AND getting the money in the bank. FASC's track record is way to shaky for any big money to buy in on practically any "news release" at this point in my opinion. They're cried wolf too many times to be given any slack there.
