You have to understand the science of negotiating. Things have turned in Addax's favor and Grandur knows it. His remarks were obviously a negotiating ploy to get Anadarko to meet his price. They were said with a purpose. Grandur knew this would be taken badly and might temporarily hurt his share price but he doesn't care and neither do I. His stock price will go back up the minute they find a rig but every additional dollar spent on that rig is gone forever. We'll now see if Anadarko comes running back to the table. I suspect they will. They don't want to pay those mob and demob costs of getting a rig to the JDZ themselves. Grandur's momma didn't raise no fool. He knows what he's doing and he has a plan.
