Market cap is much too high

At WEHI's rate of dilution the oustanding share count is soon to be close to 15 billion shares, up from 25 million shares issued and outstanding earlier this year (after the last 2008 reverse split).

Expect a 95%+ haircut off the share price shortly after a shares restructuring/reverse split, IMO.
