Lucky, I know you are one of the good guys that is mighty PO'd. However, in this case, I don't agree. You can bet that he gave misinformation to the DTC, but I wouldn't. What misinformation could he give them? The numbers of the shares are very clear per the filings. The reverse split was announced and filed and the ticker symbol changed. My question is not necessarily rhetorical. I say again, if someone has a theory on specifics, I am all ears. I don't see it. That quote on R/S was attributed but never substantiated.
