Unless Tom S. gave misinformation to the DTC or T/A it is not his fault nor his responsibility to get the shares to the brokers. Still studying the whole process and have not come up with a scenario where it is the companies fault if all the appropriate filings were done. I am saying I haven't found it not that it is impossible. Not sure what he has telegraphed us that will create massive demand in the short term. I am all ears though.
