Just because a share price is heading south does not mean dilution. WIth average volume being around 500,000 shares it's about right for this sized float. I verified everything with this questionable TA and have everything I need to know there is no dilution. Certain indicators would show the dilution if it existed and they do not. I can't prove to you there isn't any but no one can prove there is.
Please do not make investment or trading decisions based on what you read from a stock board. Do your due diligence before buying any stock especially a penny stock. The stock market is where money is transferred from the impatient to the patient
