Krays: Thanks. I'm going to re-read the terms of the convertible preferred. But before I do that, I have a simple question: does your reading of the convertible c preferred indicate that the minimum conversion price is the par value of the stock??? Forget about the voting rights issue. Can YA currently convert at a price lower than .01?
