You can take your writeoffs any time you want.
Just put in a market order to sell your shares. It doesnt have to be de-listed.Of course your shares will probably sell for .00001 but that doesnt matter if you just want a write-off

cardvic...I still dont believe TFN is dead,,,,Do you really know how big MMA is becoming and how TFN will be bought up,,,,I believe that and i think it is soon,,,with what is happening with mma and with the economy,,,people will be sitting in their chairs at home because they wont have money to do anything except bring people to their houses split the cost for a mma fight and drink beer with their wife and kids in the other rooms,,,I believe that possibly tfn has already been bought and the other people are getting things prepared for the take over,,,maybe that is why people are leaving,,,gooooo bkmp,,,,we will see something,,,
