DOW futures are down again today - 8:00am DOWN 282pts. CNBC just said this is the worst week IN HISTORY in the markets. The Decider is scheduled to speak on the economy today - God help us!!!
Until the libor rate comes down, banks will not lend to each other and credit remains unavailable to many who need it to stay alive. Macy's just announced a lower projection for sales going forward...now that Macy's bought out many dept stores, they've become a weather vain for consumer spending.
