Yup I was right. 15:16 hours they downticked it to 0019 on 5000 shares. Then 15:58 they downticked it to 0017 on 5000 shares. Probably got a few to sell that don't have L-2 right now. .002 was takin nice hits. 2 at .002 1 mil shares ea. and others.
