Yeah, I think there is a good possibility that we have MM representation before the end of the year.
We should be hearing some quarterly news soon and I believe the stock will react positively to this.
A 15c-211 doesn't have to be finalized for an MM to be able to represent us. All they need is compelling evidence from the company that it's worth their time to quote us and they can begin. I think once we get some news about ProActive that will be all they need to see. That is when the stock will start moving up. People are reluctant to trade this with such wide spreads. As soon as we have that under control it will be free to trade and with such a low share structure it will move quick.
The last time we bottomed at .005 the stock made a move up. I think we're close to that again. It won't take much buying to get this back in to the pennies.
