Absolutely disagree. First it may cause a precedent, Second the Anti Trust suit was started by AMD. Intel does NOT need them around, and, Third, how do you say "386" in Chinese.

My analysis of the settlement value of the AMD suit is 300MM. My guess as to the furture value to the IT even for 1 month, is upwards of 10 Billion.
