Giving up hope that we will get concrete news other than this par value change .. which basically entiltes Ya to continue to dilute apparently mentions they can't convert because it's under .01cents presently.. and maybe this is just a formality that they need to have a meeting for.
Par value is a nominal value of a security which is determined by an issuer company at a minimum price. The par value of a stock was the share price upon initial offering; the issuing company promised not to issue further shares below par value, so investors could be confident that no one else was receiving a more favorable issue price. Most states do not allow a company to issue stock below par value.
To this end, NEOM needs to register and issue stock at the sub-penny level to satisfy the YA obligations. Thus the PAR needs to be reset lower to allow the issuance of stock to YA.
